We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be received by us within this 30-day period. Use the Contact Us form to process your refund. (Standard conditions apply: unworn, unused, with original tags/labels and packaging.) We will inspect all returned items to ensure they meet our return conditions. Once approved, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will go back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund. Final-sale items (purchased at a discount or during a promotional period) are non-returnable unless faulty. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the UK within the applicable returns period (including the extended Christmas window if relevant).
